This 15 minute conversation is the start of your journey to Technical Nirvana and worry-free IT support. By the end of the call, if we decide working together could make sense, we’ll schedule a 30 minute on-site consult with you (and anyone else involved in your process) to further discuss your technical and business needs and determine how we can work alongside you to achieve those goals.
Step 2: Assessment
The first step in fixing the problem is to uncover and diagnose the problem.
Successful companies who engage us for a technology assessment realize that they don’t know what they don’t know. Our technology assessment is not only an in-depth analysis of your existing technology, but also includes your business & productivity goals, future technology needs, and conversations with staff to uncover overlooked or unspoken issues.
Step 3: Roadmap
Your roadmap/blueprint for success is custom to you.
Based on the findings from your assessment, your unique business and technical needs, and your budget, our team builds a roadmap/blueprint to get you where you need to be at this moment, and where you want to be years from now. Broken down by quarter and with an included budget, you’ll know exactly how long and how much it will take to get you there. This allows you to choose how you’d like to implement your roadmap/blueprint; use it to self-implement the changes, shop around with other providers, or choose YourIT as your technology partner.
Step 4: On-Boarding
It’s finally time to let the dogs of their leash!
After choosing us as your technology partner, we’ll schedule a catered kick-off meeting with your key staff to plan your implementation, introduce you to the rest of the team, and make sure we’re all on the same page. We’ll take the lead communicating with your current provider and vendors to gather the information needed to make the transition smoother than you thought possible, and we’ll begin setting up your company support portal. The first several weeks of on-boarding includes installing software, creating/updating documentation, and keeping you in the loop!
Step 5: Remediation
After a successful and stress-free on-boarding, we begin implementing your roadmap/blueprint for success.
This is typically the point in our process where business owners begin to experience ataraxia and can’t imagine a world without us. The timeline for this stage varies greatly depending on the scope and scale of your roadmap/blueprint, but regular check-ups and real-time reporting in your company portal allows you to always know where you are on the path.
